An alternative is a cosmic (universal) consciousness that creates reality, not by using simulator code but rather by interacting directly with quanta metaphysically. This transforms the quanta into matter and energy that life forms experience through their awareness. Some believe that the awareness of each life form is somehow intrinsically connected to cosmic consciousness.
